Iva Subotić Krasojević, art history professor at the Tehnoart school in Belgrade, stands out for her contemporary and inspiring approach to teaching, which combines art, visual media and project teaching. Through interactive methods of work and the use of innovative tools, such as the "Minecraft" platform, he encourages students to experience the material personally, creatively and exploratively. In addition to working with students, she actively contributes to the professional training of teachers and the development of educational standards, and her work has been confirmed by numerous awards. Marica Lazović, teacher and special education teacher at Elementary School "Miodrag V. Matić" in Užice, is dedicated to working with children with developmental disabilities and designing lessons adapted to their individual needs. Through workshops, carefully created didactic materials and a stimulating environment, it develops social skills, a sense of belonging and the active participation of children in the teaching process. A special value is given to her work by her belief in the potential of each child, along with consistency, love and perseverance as the basic principles of education. Filip Uskoković, an instructor from the Sports and Recreational Association "Feniks" from Novi Sad, is one of the pioneers in the field of adapted physical exercise for children with developmental disabilities. Through his work, he contributes to the spread of awareness of the importance of planned and organized physical activity, and through the development of the "Feniks" association, he has opened up new opportunities for the improvement of this practice. His professional philosophy is based on perseverance and the belief that even the smallest steps can bring great progress in children's development.
