Boox has announced the Palma 3, the latest iteration of its smartphone-sized e-reader line. The device features a redesigned anodized aluminum frame and runs on Android 16 with pre-installed Google Play Store access. The Palma 3 retains the 6.13-inch, 300ppi E Ink Carta screen found in previous models but introduces a new aluminum frame and a fiberglass backplate. The device includes a 3,950mAh battery, a 16-megapixel rear camera with flash for document scanning, and a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.
