Samsung will host its next Galaxy Unpacked event in London on July 22, with expected reveals including new foldable phones, wearables, and potential updates on AI-powered smart glasses.

Samsung is set to hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event on July 22 at 9AM ET / 6AM PT. The invite-only event will take place in London and will be available for viewing via Samsung’s website and its official YouTube channel.

Expected Foldable Device Updates

The event is expected to feature a redesign for the Galaxy Z Fold 8, which leaker Evan Blass suggests may adopt a wider, passport-like form factor. The device is rumored to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor, dual 50MP rear cameras, and 10MP cameras on both the cover and main screens. A Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra variant is also expected, maintaining the Z Fold 7's design while featuring a 5,000mAh battery. Additionally, the Galaxy Z Flip 8 may be introduced with a 4,300mAh battery and a camera setup featuring 50MP wide and 12MP ultrawide lenses.

Wearables and Smart Glasses

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, which leaks suggest will be 12 percent thinner than its predecessor. The watch is rumored to feature a Snapdragon Wear Elite processor, an 800mAh battery, and a display reaching 5,000 nits. The Galaxy Watch 9 is also expected to launch with the same processor. Furthermore, Samsung may provide information or a demonstration regarding its upcoming AI-powered smart glasses, which are expected to launch this fall in collaboration with Warby Parker and Gentle Monster.
